Legal

Privacy Policy.

What information FutureTherma collects when you use this site, why, and the rights you have over it.

Who This Covers

FutureTherma is the data controller.

This policy explains how FutureTherma handles personal information collected through futuretherma.co.uk — principally, what you submit through the contact form. It's separate from our Cookie Policy, which covers cookies and the LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity specifically; this page covers everything else. For any question about this policy, contact info@futuretherma.co.uk.

What We Collect

Only what you give us directly.

Contact form
Enquiry details
When you submit the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, organisation, email address, phone number (if you provide one), sector, area of interest, and whatever you write about your challenge or interest. This is emailed directly to the FutureTherma team — we don't hold a separate marketing database or CRM record of it beyond that email unless we go on to work with you.
Cookies & tracking
Only with your consent
FutureTherma's own pages don't set tracking cookies. The LinkedIn Insight Tag and Microsoft Clarity are the only tracking scripts on this site, and both stay switched off until you actively accept them through the cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy for the full detail on what each one sets and does.

Why & How Long

Used to respond to you — nothing more.

We process your enquiry details for one reason: to respond to the conversation you started with us. Our basis for this is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us, and — where a sector or area of interest is involved — your consent in submitting the form. We don't sell, rent, or share your enquiry details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We keep enquiry correspondence only for as long as it's useful to our conversation with you and for reasonable business record-keeping afterwards — we don't currently operate a fixed automatic deletion schedule, which is one of the specifics we'd want a qualified professional to help us formalise (see the note at the end of this page).

Your Rights

What you can ask of us.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it's wrong, to ask us to delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent — such as the cookie choice you make on this site — you can withdraw that consent at any time, including through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the footer of every page. To exercise any of these rights, email info@futuretherma.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the UK's data protection regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk.

More Information

Children, changes, and regulatory context.

This site and its contact form are intended for people making a business enquiry on behalf of an organisation; we don't knowingly collect information from children. We may update this policy as the site or our processes change — the date below reflects the version currently in force.

This page is provided as general information about how this site handles personal data, not as legal advice. FutureTherma should have this policy — including its retention and processing basis — reviewed by a qualified data protection professional to confirm it meets its specific UK GDPR obligations before relying on it as a definitive policy.
